Return Kab Accept Ho Sakta Hai?

Return request in situations mein consider ki ja sakti hai:

• Product delivery ke waqt damaged ho.

• Galat product receive hua ho.

• Product mein manufacturing defect ho.

• Product warranty ke under eligible issue rakhta ho.

Damaged ya wrong product ke case mein 24 hours ke andar contact karna zaroori hai.

Product Condition

Return ke liye product normally unused aur original condition/packaging mein hona chahiye, siwaye manufacturing defect ya delivery damage ke cases ke.

Return Accept Nahi Hoga Agar

• Product customer ki misuse ki wajah se damaged ho.

• Normal wear & tear ho.

• Product ko modify ya repair kiya gaya ho.

• Delivery ke baad accidental damage hua ho.

• Sirf change of mind ki wajah se return request ho, jab tak WK18 Sports approve na kare.
